  	In the Name of God Amen I John Denchfield of North Marston in the Countie of Bucks Iremonger beinge of sickly and nid___?? in body but good ________ appehenton and ______________ (blessed be God therefore) being willinge________ [all the usual commending his soule to god and body to earth] Item I give and bequeath unto my well loved wife Audrey (she being other__ye __ell _o_ided for) One paire of ________ sheets and one iron pottage pot and three months _yett ________ and washinge gratis att my Executors proper charge in my house wherein I now dwell in North=Marston aforesaid, Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Parnell the wife of John Stevens (she having had a good porton in marriage from me already) the sume of twenty shillinges To be paid unto her by my Exec[ute]r w[i]thin six months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my grandchild and god sonne Ralphe Stevens sonne of the said John Stevens and my said Daughter Parnell the sume of twenty shillings to be paid by my Exec[ute]rs unto his said mother Parnell for his use w[i]thin six months next after my decease Item I give will and bequeath unto my sonne John Denchfield his Exec[ute]r Adm[?] and assignes the rents issues and profitts of my house malthouse closes pasture thereunto adioyning or lying neare and belonginge w[i]th all Comons backsides orchards buildings and appurte[na]nces thereunto apperteynings in Quaynton in the said County of Bucks with full power _____ and authority to lett sell and dispose of the sayd house and premises until my sonne Richard Denchfield shall atteyne his age of one and twenty and no longer, the better to enable him to pay my debts and the __________ charged upon him by this my will Item my will and mind is and I doe hereby order and declare that my sayd eldest sonne John Denchfield his exec[ute]rs Admin[??] or assignes shall yearly and every yeare pay or cause to be paid unto my said sonne Richard Denchfield his brother the sume of forty shillings per annum to be paid att Mich[ael]mas and Llady day every yeare by equall portons until my said sonne Richardl shall atteyne his full age of one and twenty years The first payment to be made upon the next of the said _____ dayes of payment about lymitted w[i]th shall happen after my decease Item I give will devise and bequeath unto my said sonne Richard Denchfield and to his heirs and assignes forever All that my said messuage cottage or tenement w[i]th the malthouse outhouses yards archards gardens comons and appurten[an]ces thereunto belonginge And all that ________ closes pasture ground w[i]th the appurten[an]ces adioyning or lying neare to the said cottage or tenement and therew[i]th hold and enioyn[ing?] and belonging thereunto lying and being in Quaynton abovesaid in the said County of Bucks when he the said Richard Denchfield my sonne shall atteyne his full age of one and twenty years then to enter and enioy it and not before but my said sonne John shall hold and enioy the same till then to his owne use and beheess? as is about s____fyed to the ends and purposes above declared upon rendicon nonetheless? that my said sonne Richard Denchfield his h[ei]res Exec[ute]rs Admin[?] or assigns shall and doe w[i]thin one month next after he sall atteyne his said age of one and twenty years pay or cause to be payd unto my daughter Mary Denchfield unto her Exec[ute]rs or Admin if she shall be dead or marryed before that tyme) the sume of five and thirty pounds of lawfull English mony w[i]th said sum of five and thirty pounds I doe by this my will give and bequeath unto the said Mary Denchfield my daughter to be paid in manner abovesaid w[i]th the burthen? and payment whereof I doe hereby charge my sayd messuage cottage or tenement malthouse closes comons premises and appurten[an]ces in Quaynton abovesayd given as abovesaid unto my sayd sonne Richard Denchfield And in case my sayd sonne Richard Denchfield shall neglect or refuse to pay to my said daughter Mary Denchfield (or her Exec[ute]rs Admin or assignes in case she be dead and marryed) the sayd sume of five and thirty pounds according to the tene? and effect of this my will Then my mind and will is I doe hereby declare that it shall and may be lawful to and for my said daughter Mary Denchfield her Exec[ute]rs admin in case she shall be dead and marryed to enter uppon recen___ pe_______ hold and enioy to her and their owne____ and b________ the said house cottage or tenement malthouse close comons appurten[an]ces and premises in Quaynton abovesaid given as abovesaid unto my sayd sonne Richard Denchfield until she the sayd Mary Denchfield ( her Exec[ute]rs adm{?] or assignes if she is dead and marryed) shall be satisfyed and payd the sayd five and thirty pounds And my will and meaning is and I doe soe hereby Declare That in case my sayd sonne Richard Denchfield shall dye before he shall atteyne his ___ age of one and twenty years by means whereof the sayd house close malthouse and premises w[i]th the appurten[a]nces in Quaynton aboves[ai]d shall fall to my sonne John Denchfield or his h[ei]res Then my will and mind is and I doe hereby declare That my sayd sonne John Denchfield his h[ei]res or assignes shall pay or cause to pay unto the sayd Mary Denchfield my daughter (or to her Exec[ute]rs adm or assignes if she shall be dead and marryed) the sayd sume of five and thirty pounds w[i]thin three months next after the death of the sayd Richard Denchfield And upon faylor of payment thereof she or they may and shall enter uppon and enioy the s[ai]d house close malthouse and premises in Quainton aboves[ai]d the appurten[a]nces as if the sayd Richard Denchfield had lived and made faylor of payment thereof as above is hereby saydicfyed? and declared Anything herein __________ to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstandinge And my will and mind further is and I doe hereby declare That in case my sayd sonne John Denchfield is heeirs Exec[uto]rs or Admin shall neglect or refuse to pay or cause to be payd unto my sayd sonne Richard Denchfield the sayd sume of forty shillings a yeare att sum dayes and by such portons as the same is above lymitted and appoynted to be p[ai]d unto him by this my will during his minority until he shall atteyne his age of one and twenty years by the ___d of six weeks next after and on either of the dayes of payment hereof above mentioned then and from therefore it shall and may be lawfull to and for the sayd Richard Denchfield my sonne to enter into and upon the sayd cottage close and premises w[ith]in the appurten[a]nces in quainton abovesaid soe given & bequeathed unto him as abovesayd by this my Will and the same to have hold and emioy to him and his h[ei]res forever immediately after such neglect or fayler of payment as aforesayd Anything herein to the contrary notw[i]thstandinge Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Denchfield one bedstead and all the blanketts Coverletts beddings ruggs and ble____tts belonginge to it standing and being in the chamber over the hall in the house wherein I now dell in North Marston aforesayd She the sayd Martha to choose w[hi]ch bedstead beddings ruggs Coverletts and _______belonging to it she will have and to take and enioy it accordingly Item I give and bequeath unto my s[ai]d daughter Martha Denchfield a little dea___ table w[i]th a drawer and on it one paire of Callins? sheets and Callins? sideboard Cloath _______ napkins Item I give and bequeath unto my sayd Daughter Martha Denchfield the sume of three and fortie? pounds of lawfull mmoney of England to be paid to her the sayd Martha (or to her Exec[ut]ors Admin or assignes if she shal be dead and marryed before she dye) when my Exec[uto]r my sayd sonne John Denchfield shall atteyne the age of one and twenty years or the upon the day of the death of the sayd ______ my sonne w[hi]ch shall first happen Item I give and bequeath unto my sayd daughter Mary Denchfield all my goods chattells household ________________ now standing being and remaininge in and about my sayd house in Quainton wherein she now liveth (Except my store of malt belonging to the maltinge trade and one ioyned bedstead standing in the chamber over the hall w[hi]ch I hereby will direct and require shalbe left and continued as standards in and about my sayd house and malthouse in Quainton Item I give will and bequeath unto my sayd sonne John Denchfield and to his h[ei]res and assigns for ever my house cottage or tenement wherein I live in North Marston aforesayd w[i]th the malthouse barnes stables Comons rights and Appurten[a]nces thereto belonginge And my house orchards gardens yards buildings and backsides w[i]th the appurten[a]nces in Oving in the sayd County of Bucks w[hi]ch I purchased of Mr. Arthur Clands?? upon the Conditon that he my sayd sonne John Denchfield doe pay all his debts and the _egaryes w[hi]ch he is to pay according ti the ten[u]re? and direction of this my last will and testament, _____ the payment whereof i doe by this my will oblige and engage my said twoe last mentioned houses in Ovinge and North Marston aforesayd w[i]th the appurten[a]nts I doe hereby revoke and make voyd all former and other will and wills by me att any tyme heretofore made either by word of mouth or in writinge and doe sollemnly declare this to be my very last will & testament And I doe hereby nominate declare Constitute ordayne and appoynt my sayd eldest sonne John Denchfield my whole and sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament to all intents and purposes due I nominate desire? and appoynt my ____inge brothers Richard Denchfield and Matthew Denchfield to be Overseers of the same desiring them to be aiding and assistinge to my sayd Executer in the ____execution of his executorship and the performinge and fulfillinge of this my will soe farr as it concerns him And for their paynes or as a testimoniall of my ____ to them and confidence in their friendship & integrity I give unto them tenn shillings a piece to be p[ai]d by my Exec[uto]r w[i]thin one month next after my decease All the rest of my goods and chattells ________ I give to my sayd sonne & Exec[uto]r John Denchfield In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament putt my hand and seale Dated the eighteenth day of June In the yeare of our Lord God
